Short Story

A Love Confession's Disconnection is a tale about three friends who friends a diary with a love not hidden inside. Two of them happen to have the same name as the one written in the note. With the awkward situation runs south when they turn the ordeal into a game to see who could catch the author and discover the truth behind it all. After that, the comedy assumes control. In the end, it turns out neither is the winner and everyone sulks in defeat only to go to school the next day feeling embarrassed and overall humiliated. Here is an excerpt from the story itself:

"“Here we go! Kale! I think I found the-” Isaac was interrupted by the sight of Kale doing something he didn’t imagine possible for someone of his stature.
“What am I going to do? What if they tell their friends and spread weird rumors about me across the school? I’ll be ruined,” Kale was glooming in a dark and pessimistic atmosphere that gathered storm clouds over his head. His depression seemed to grow worse by the second as shown by his swelling forehead red from the multiple table bashings it withstood. It wasn’t long after that Kaleb finally sat down across the table from them without a word.
“Hey Kaleb How did-” Isaac stopped himself before he asked a trigger happy question at the moment. As he stopped, he noticed the irregular amount of misplaced food on his face, head, and shoulders.
